It was beautiful day and a perfect one for a rogaine. Here we are all
lined up and ready to go at 09:00 AM sharp!

SSS25 Killarney Heights

The second last event for the season and it was a great run. I managed
a score of 470, my highest for the season. :-) with 40 seconds to
spare. Lucky too it looks like the sky is going to open up. Plenty of
lightning.

38:12 around the bay today a bit overcast but cool to run, now off for
some coffee and a bite to eat.

Nth parra

SSS24 - Nth Parramatta

It was a perfect autumn evening. Perfect temperature and no wind to
worry about. 420 points saw me home, even after a 20 point penalty was
taken off. Woo hoo.

MTBO Day 2 start.

Today the event started out from of the community hall. It was a mass start, and after the starter gun went off, it was a mad rush to count the number of points and sequence of controls to get. After triple checking my math and marking out my route, it was 18mins after the race had begun before I headed off. Coming back in 02hr:25min, I was pretty please, with my actual ride time of just over 2hrs. :-) Still there's always room for improvement.

Not so Sunny Conner.

It was a damp and foggy start to the day, but the fog burnt off quickly enough to reveal a very pleasant day for riding.

A damp start

Saturday mtbo location was about 5km nth west of sunny corner. After starting just before 14:00, it would be another 2 and half hours before my return. It'd been a while since I had been taken the bike off road, and it took a bit of time before I started to feel comfortable again. Not the fastest in the field, but still had fun.

SSS23 - Belrose

A new map and a new course. It was a pretty spread out course, after
making it back 5 and a bit minutes late I was happier when I saw the
scores of the front runners. 320 for me. The rain earlier in the
afternoon made the ground nice and slippery.

Sydney Summer Series: Belrose

Bay Run

Best to have something to eat before you to for a run :-). It was a
great day for a run around the bay, but by half way the tank was
feeling rather empty. Time for some breakie.

SSS 22 - Riverview

It was a very pleasant evening for a run tonight. This week series run
was at Riverview. A bit of soreness made it a bit of a labored effort
and the hills a little bit hard than they should have been. 330 points
was the effort for tonight, including the 30 points penalty (damn that
time keeper) :-). Only 4 more events left for this season. Still a
perfect attendance.
