A lazy Saturday morning

It started with a warm up ride from my place to Centennial Park and a
quick lap, it was then off the bike and on foot to do a lap around
then back on the bike for a couple more laps on the bike one more
jogging lap and a final bike lap before I headed bck to Leichhardt and
a well earned coffee.

SSS the remainder

AROC Lake Macquarie

The last of the ARCO Sprint Series was held to day at Murray's Beach (new Swansea). There were heaps of teams, in fact they had to have three wave starts. This was a team training run for the "Big Fish Team" for the GEO in June. It was a good day out, a bit of sunshine, a bit of rain, a swim in the ocean and plenty of those hills we love to run and ride up. :-).

event. :-) The question is, will I regret this decision??

GEO training weekend

We're finally washed and clean. It's been a hectic day and a half. It
started with a run out to long reef from collaroy plateau, then it was
over to church point for a split kayak/run for a couple of hours.
After a late lunch, we started off on ride to north head and theout
for a night paddle before bed.

It was a 03:30 wakeup call and we were off to terry hills for a ride
for a couple of hours. Getting back at 6:30 for. Quick hour run, then
out for one last paddle. Crikey.. Time for rest.

Rain, rain and a bit more

It was another wet night, back in Canberra again. I'm certainly hoping
that's about it for the weekend??? Off to the mont, how muddy will it
be :-)

Summer series legends Wendy and Mal

SSS26

The final run for the 08-09 season! Not my best effort this round due
to dome silly mistakes, so only 380 (no penalties) tonight. Thankfully
though the raining didn't fall while I was out on the course.

All in all a pretty good season i didnt miss a single event a "sss
tragic" for sure, my running was much improved and looks good for my
Geo efforts in June.
